Here is a little workout for mother's day you can do!! Do it for all your mothers, grandmothers, aunts, stepmoms, Dads who act as both!! Show them how much you love them!!

Aqui hay un pequeño ejercisio que pueden hacer para el dia de las madres!! Haganlo para sus mamas, abuelas, tias, madrastras, y papás que actuan como papá y mamá. Enseñen cuanto las aman!!


Warm Up: 5-8 min

WOD: 10 min AMRAP (As Many Rounds as Possible)

8 Squats 

9 Burpess

40 Sit Ups


Here is what these numbers mean: 8 for the average weeks women find out they are having a baby!! 9 for the months, 40 for the weeks baby is fully ready to be born and 10 for the dilation needed to have a baby.  

 Significado de las repeticiones: 8 de las semanas mas comunes que se enteran que esperan un bebe. 9 para los meses y 40 para las semanas. Finalmente el 10 es para los centimetros que se necesita para sacar ese bebe. :)
